Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy Basics
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
At this time, we only ship within the USA except APO/FPO addresses.
Damages
White Barn Watercolor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All orders are insured up to $100 If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. USPS requests you to please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is via USPS, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimated to be 5-7 business days. Should you need expedited shipping, before purchasing an Item, please send us an email at Admin@whitebarnwatercolor and we will try our best to accommodate you! Please note, expedited shipping rates will vary.
We can only ship within the USA, excluding military addresses at this time.
